    Pros

Management is always willing to listen to entry level people and are constantly looking to make the company better. From Marcelo (CEO) down to the people I work with, there is a lot of energy in making this company a success. Getting Better Everyday is not just something they say but something they are living now!

Love working there and hope to keep doing so for years to come!

    Cons

There is still a conception in some areas that the Sprint network is not as strong as the competitors. I would challenge those people to look again as the network team had made incredible strides. This is something we at Sprint battle every day but are slowly starting to win that battle.

    Advice to Management

Keep on recognizing employees and the incredible talent pool you have. The best of the best will draw the top candidates from across the nation as people realize that the best challenge is the one you don't even know about yet.

    I worked at Sprint full-time

    Pros

    Exciting, fast paced work environment.

    Cons

No feeling of job security, layoffs too frequently. Work environment was dependent on what management you happened to be working under that week.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of some of the good ole boy management.

    Pros

Free phone service and family gets phone discount perks

    Cons

Company goes through at least 1 major re-organizations per year. This always come together with massive lay-off, and changes of Roles and Responsibilities. Employees are highly demotivated, and have lost faith in the leadership team. Roles and Responsibilities keep on changing and never clear. Teams keep duplicating the work, and nobody really cares.

    Advice to Management

    Make up your mind

    Pros

The company has great workers and is family friendly.

    Cons

Managers and Upper Level management need to be replaced. The same managers have been there for years running the company into the ground. There was a changing of the guard with a new CEO, but there should have been more people replaced, especially managers and Directors. Human resources is a joke and does not follow through on helping employees with issues.
