I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Sprouts is a great place to work. They offer flexible schedule, plenty of growth opportunities, and job security.

    Cons

Honestly the pay could be a little better. You can work for another grocery store and get better pay. But if you put your hard work and time in you get to move up fast and start earning the better pay. Just have to put in the time and effort like anything else. Not really a con but something to think about before joining us.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing I can really say other than to offer employees what their worth and don't short change them. Other than that keep up the great work :-).

I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great employee discount. Several employee appreciation days throughout the year. Can move up quickly in the company as it is growing fast and always a new store opening. Mostly is a fun work environment.

    Cons

Pay increases are not great 3-5%. Training is terrible as they don't give departments adequate training tools or the time to train. Management expects a lot but the hours are not there to obtain them. When they merged with several companies over they last few years and went public within the last year, things have went down hill. Trying to combine four different company policies into one has not worked so well for Sprouts.

    Pros

The job itself is very easy and brainless.

    Cons

We busted our humps getting this store open and running. Now that the initial craziness is over, we have all had our hours cut down to 20 and below.
