    ProsGreat "family" type atmosphere. Caring for employees. Great opportunity for advancement.

    ConsBig problem here is parking. Employees not happy with their parking conditions. No secured patient units for safety.

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen more to your staff and take their advice in how things should run, various products to purchase, etc. since they are doing the work.

    ConsThe location is in underserved area and the majority of patients come from unprivileged background with very little resources, low socioeconomic status, and minimal education.

    ProsPeople are usually open and inviting. Good leaders. Great training, they are thorough and well guided. A good place to work

    ConsRaises have not kept pace with cost of living, at least not in my area. Have taken away a lot of things they used to give employees.

    Great Company, Not Enough Pay For Work

    ProsSt. Francis is a great company to work for, with great benefits like paid time off, funeral pay, extended sick leave and reasonable insurance.

    ConsYou won't get ahead working here.
    You get a 3% raise each year, but insurance usually goes up 2-5% each year.
    So when applying put a higher starting pay.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay employees more or increase percentage of raise each year.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTraining in some areas of the hospitals are very light. In other words, Set to fail. Some make it some don't. Quality of training affects the service levels of workers.
