    Cons

they have a strong policy about attendance which is understandable, when a person has major car trouble its had to get to work, knowing they still have a business to run.that was my only problem.not them it was me.

    Advice to Management

when you have hard working good employees keep them, not everyone love to work or what they do.like me.

    Pros

The environment at the Hospital is wonderful. The staff are committed to the community patients and each other. You know that you are part of a team that Cares for Life.

    Cons

The building has a new and old section. This causes some confusion for people that are not familiar with the hospital directions. The growing pains are only for a season.

    Advice to Management

Do everything you can to resolve the financial issues at the Hospital so the staff can put their full focus on the patients and relax about the future of the organization.

    Pros

i enjoy the people I work with most of the time. You can pick up hours if you need the extra money. Good group of physicians to work with.

    Cons

Heavy workload. I have to swallow my food whole sometimes thats if I even get to have a lunch. I rarely even get a chance to use the restroom. Over worked a lot of the time.

    Advice to Management

Be more fair and stop rewarding the lazy workers, you are loosing staff because of that. The staff feel over worked.

    Pros

    Nice facility and pleasing atmosphere

    Cons

Terribly understaffed. Employees are treated as disposable assets. Zero consideration as to how long an employee has been loyal to the company.

    Advice to Management

Stop the cronyism immediately! This is partially responsible for the current, terrible financial situation the hospital is suffering. Walk the walk and LISTEN to your employees! You give this "lip service" only but you have not followed through.

    Pros

Friendly atmosphere, low pressure environment, monthly goals are always attainable with hard work.

    Cons

Pay wasn't the greatest but employees received bonuses for meeting goals.

    Advice to Management

Lunches were too short to even go to nearby restaurants.

    Pros

    Small town is lovely!
    Coworkers are mostly nice.

    Cons

Rotating schedules are insane. Expect to rotate from day shift to night shift within a 24 hour period. No regard to work life balance. Sexual harassment is ignored for months. Management does not care. Shady lab practices all around, expired reagents, bad QC e.t.c. This is a BAD lab. The problems are deep seated and endemic it will take an overhaul to fix. Run!

    Advice to Management

Management needs a complete overhaul. This lab has been run badly for so long that everyone there is used to it and believes this is the way things should be.
