    Pros

Strong culture which is often referred to as the "Fisher Family".

    Cons

Lack of diversity within senior leadership (VP level and above).

    Advice to Management

Increase communication with mid level managers. Provide more opportunities for professional development.

    Pros

Convenient location on bus line. Commuter school. Students all the same. Faculty mostly the same. Starts term after Labor Day.

    Cons

Everybody has the same lily white face. Ok to work there if you like to drink wine with the Dean.

    Advice to Management

Hire persons of color. Less attention on drinking alcohol at meetings. More religious services during day.

    Pros

Flexible hours, enjoyable work, good students to work for. As a student doing tutoring this worked out very well. That being said I only worked a few hours a week.

    Cons

Wage was very low but I was an undergraduate doing tutoring so it is understandable. Other than that I really had no complaints.

    Advice to Management

A higher wage rate would probably increase the supply of people willing to sell their labor to the school.

The main issue was the promises -- which were significant and affected not only me but my entire family -- that never came to pass
