I have been working at St. John Hospital & Medical Center

    Pros

No real pros, we don't get raises every year or even every other year. New symphony system makes it hard to get paid when you work over time and have time scheduled in the same pay period. They don't want to pay any extra money out.

    Cons

St. Johns wants employees to punch in and punch out right at start time and end time. In a hospital this is very difficult to do.
