“Warm, friendly environment.”
Current Employee – been working at St. John's Lutheran (WELS) part-time for more than a year
Pros – Good values that come with a church envrionmen. I like all the people and it is fun to see what goes on "behind the seens." as they say.
Cons – There arent really any downsides that I can tell. I think St. John is a great place to work with few downsides. The only downside is the pay that could be a little higher perhaps, but i aint greedy.
Advice to Senior Management – The management aka pastor is very nice and should be highly praised for his good work.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
