ProsThe compensation for this job is excellent. We meet great patients that always remember us time and time again when they come back.

ConsThere is almost no communication between employees and administration. Also, not everyone is treated equally. The consequences for missing work are ridiculous.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate more with employees, and be fair. Also, treat everyone the same no matter how long that employee has been working there.
