I worked at St. Lucie Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits, career opportunity and a well structured organization. I learned many applications that I use later in my career.

    Cons

Not many cons. Perhaps only my personal situation which was that of an employee transferred from a previous owner of the healthcare facility acquired by St Lucie Medical. The only disadvantage is that there were many changes that were not too favorable.

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO

I worked at St. Lucie Medical Center for more than 8 years

    Pros

Only pro is opportunity to work with patients.

    Cons

Inadequate Staffing, poor management, and lack of care for patients. A disgrace to healthcare facility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember the reason this facility exists, to provide "healthcare" to "patients" in need.

    Disapproves of CEO
