Decent place to work. Employees are friendly.

    Unit Secretary (Current Employee)
    Newburgh, NY

ProsFriendly employees, most management is decent, small community hospital, thanks for doing a good job, very little micro management, good pay.

ConsLittle room to move around for certain fields, outdated technology, departments can be clinquey, union is terrible, some employees have been there way too long and are too comfortable.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of your CEO, get rid of some really old employees who aren't very good at their jobs. Make aides and secretaries go to 12 hr shifts.
