    Pros

Great employees, excellent teamwork, friendly staff all work together for the good of the patient

    Cons

Poor management, detached management, lower pay than other surrounding hospitals, slow to advance

    Advice to Management

Promote growth from within or lose all experienced staff to other hospitals and waste time and money continuously training new nurses and having a poor skill mix on the units.

    Pros

The St. Rose staff is a family. We take care of each other, and we are a team. Like any family, we have our share of black sheep, but overall, it is a good experience.

    Cons

The demographic of patients served is a very challenging group to work with. The benefits are not the best out there.
