I have been working at Staff Management SMX full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The CEO is down to earth treats employees as equals and makes personal connections with you. New ideas are not shunned, they are always looking for innovative ideas from all staff.

    Cons

Compensation is not re-evaluated with tenure or new roles that are taken on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees would be more inclined to be retained if they were given a fair evaluation of compensation as it compares to the industry standards. As employees leave you, I've seen the company turn around replacing them with someone less qualified at the same rate that the tenured employee left at.
