    Pros

The pros of working at Staffmasters is that I couldn't find a full-time job in a small town called Salisbury. After my interview with the company, I was hired immediately to work a part-time job that I am very happy with the staff.

    Cons

They don't tell you that their full-time positions are only 32 hours a week and you aren't entitled to any paid holidays, vacation or sick time when they employ you.

    Advice to Management

Be completely forth coming with the full-time status when hiring new employees.

    Pros

Paid good money but it wasn't worth the stress

    Cons

Hides information, lies under oath, all they are interested in is filling the seat. They have no regard in the individual they are hurting.

    Advice to Management

Quit being so cheap and trying to hide information

    Pros

Enjoyed the diversity and ability to work with multiple companies

    Cons

Lack of training/guidance from regional managers. They are apparently spread too thin. Also RM's need to be more comfortable with conflict/confrontation and support their branches more and give constant feedback.

    Advice to Management

Pay for your employees insurance. They work too hard for you not to give something back. Then maybe turnover would not be so high.

    Pros

They are great people! Very sweet, will do what it takes to get your foot in the door, and will bend over backwards for you, AS LONG AS YOU'RE WILLING TO WORK.

    Cons

The plant doesn't always have work, therefore the hours are not steady, and work is not always guaranteed.
