Pros

you get the coupons plus the employee discounts, and the associates are all very friendly, as well as some of the coustomers, and corporate does a good job of trying to encourage managment to do things to boost company morale, and managment is very intrested in helping you with ideas to better increase your sales and work area

Cons

pay is not very good at all, some times managment can put more on you than you can handle, the hours are not very plentiful

Advice to Senior Management

put yourself in your associates positions, think of others higher than yourself, and remember it is called customer service for a reason
