    Pros

    Great food. Lunch provided Great location

    Cons

    Very bad staff moral, most staff are depressed due to impossible dead lines and dictator like leadership style Very flat management structure - hard to progress Long hours - Regular late nights and Saturdays to meet impossible dead lines Very very repetitive work No staff room, always have to had lunch at desk, hard to soliaise with collegeues

    Advice to Management

    Get some training on how to manage a team

    Pros

    It's a meritocracy. The decision on whether you like it there is binary: either you do or you don't. If you don't then everything is wrong. If you do, then you see the value in what you do, how you do it, the learning you get from it, the career-enhancing opportunities it gives you and appreciate the above market salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Work/life balance can go out of synch. You need to be focused and follow the processes and be intelectually ready to stand behind any reasons you have to change the status quo.

    Advice to Management

    To focus on the knitting and business development. Social events have been good - they should do more of them.
