ProsGood Bonuses, Good HR Policies, Very few but extremely smart technologists, Made Great Friends.

ConsLesser career growth, Lesser Salary growth, Very few but very smart people (offset to a great extent to the prevailed incompetence).

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed more technologists,
Less business analysts(Involve good technologists in understanding business, they know better in-out), or make it mandatory to be CFA or Finance Major to be BA
Flat hierarchy,
Really Need to improve things (don't settle on "as long as it works")
