Pros – Best place I've ever worked. Compensation is awesome, including work life balance. Upper management is very responsive to input from employees.

Cons – Over the last few years, with the downturn in the economy, raises and bonuses have definitely lagged behind the historical averages.

Advice to Senior Management – Better communication as to what the long term strategic vision for the company is would definitely be welcomed and appreciated.

Pros – Fabulous time with this shop. Benefits of small buy side environment with a fairly sizable platform. Great people and lifestyle

Cons – Very WASP culture may not suit all tastes, only in New York (if you want broader geographical locations, look elsewhere)
