    Pros

    Engaging, collaborative and highly multidisciplinary atmosphere. Many highly motivated and creative people working to solve challenging problems in a variety of fields.

    Cons

    Campus can feel a bit isolated and quiet as it is located about 30-40 minutes from a large metropolitan area.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the spectacular efforts in engaging community groups from industry, the arts and academia to participate in campus events.

    Pros

    Facilities at Stanford are great. I was able to take yoga, Pilates, classes and swimming while working there. They encouraged and helped you to have a very healthy life style.

    Cons

    There is a lot of construction going on continuously. The noise and the dust that it creates makes campus difficult to walk through
