    Very good atmosphere. Joy of working with professionals. Much better compensation than many other big names out there. Variety of benefits to choose from.

    Pros

    The culture of the company is very empowering. They give employees the power to make things right for the customer. That approach puts people before profits, which translates to higher profits as a result of customer and associate satisfaction. Management was open to suggestions and had a willingness to work with associates when work conflicted with personal obligations.

    Cons

    They hire based on customer demands; therefore they cut hours when customer traffic is low. This usually only occurs during late spring and early summer but the reduced hours can be hard on your personal budget.

    I do not have many negative things to say about staples. The senior management pushes to make sure your happy if your putting effort into your job.

    Loved working there, learned alot bout computers including how to fix them, update them, mantain themm etc.
