    I worked at Staples part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Weekly pay, cool co workers

    Cons

    The pay sucks, More work than what you're paid for, not a lot of full time options unless you're a manager, no one ever stays, and your benefits suck unless your full time so all the managers have the best positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being cheap if you want people to actually stick around

    Pros

    You can learn a lot about selling and dealing with customers.

    Cons

    Managers expect more of you than you can do, almost no opportunity to move up, limited to 25 hours per week.

    Set realistic expectations of your team. You expect way more than we can all do.

    Long term employees who know much and care about the company
    Nice HQ and cafeteria

    Cons

    Executives who continue to get higher raises than the rest of the staff despite missing most key targets
    Some newer employees see tenure as a negative

    I enjoyed working with my team members. They are so friendly and cooperative in every aspect. happy to work with such wonderful team.

    I was a part of order Enterprise Order Processing system, where we used to process the received orders after necessary transformations.
