Cons

very low pay in all positions, not willing to pay for experience or success
low pay leads to high turnover of staff making it difficult to build the team needed to meet sales goals. High turnover, do something about it don't blame the Manager for it all.
standards, expectations or policies that are unrealistic or more often contradictory

Advice to Senior Management

spend the money to get the best front line staff and enable Managers to build the team needed to meet expectations. You want world class service? don't like the cost of training and turnover? than put the money in the right place
better and faster adaptation of technology to ease workload
