    Pros

    Free coffee, great regular customers, building relationships with your team and customers. there is always room to grow, every six months you are able to be promoted.

    Cons

    Pay is not so great for amount of work we put in, dress code can be a bit annoying. angry customers can be a bit of a pain as well.

    Pros

    Great Working experience. It was one of my favorite jobs. They always kept you on your toes and interacting with the customers was fun and made the day go by faster. You work closely with your coworkers in shift teams, you rely on each other. It's a great place to make new friends.

    Cons

    Can become a hectic environment, especially during rush times. Being able to multitask is vital.

    Pros

    It's really a fun atmosphere to be in most of the time.
    The manager was great with working around my schedule. She also always gave me the days off that I requested, very understanding type of management.
    The barista's and shifts are all really cool, down to earth people. It's an over all fun job!

    Cons

    It can be very stressful, especially when out of product, but it always gets fixed.
    The customers can get crazy about their drinks.
    Having to clock in at 3:30am.
