    I worked at Starmount Life

    Pros

Nice new building, friendly co-workers, plenty of parking.

    Cons

Micromanaged. HAD TO TURN CAPS LOCK OFF TO SAVE MONEY? Supervisor talked down to employees and talents were not fully utilized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please look at the quality of people you promote, they get a little power and defame the other people around them
