Pros
For secured future and reasonable degree of career progression SBI can be joined. Things can definitely turn better if you maintain your motivation level by your own.
Cons
Its a giant organisation and may be for this reason that sometime it appears directionless at surface. It is surviving on its robust public image that has been built over 200 years which is fading away against fierce competition and SBImen failing to meet the challenges posed by its competitiors.
Advice to Senior Management
Instead of totally depending on outside consultants they should give due weightage to its own consultants. as there is no comparision of SBI in its own way in the world. The people of the Bank may better provide solutions to their own problems.
