Pros – I could speak what I thought correct to my juniors and superiors without hesitation.
Cons – On account of huge size, performance appraisal is subjective.
Advice to Senior Management – It is difficult to appraise performances as two persons working at two different places/enviornment can not bring the comparable result. Hence overall performance of the person over years should perhaps be a better yardstick.

Since the technology is so much improved lookat all the employess from removete branches also by seeing the scrools so that one can asses how many custemers a GOOD employee attended and how much quantity of amount he has handled and also quality of work. SBI mangement also should also give importance to customer complaints against staff.
