    Pros

You get to work with a banking giant and the perks are the best among all the PSBs. Growth opportunities are tremendous as a lot of people are retiring in next 3-4 years, which means faster promotions.

I have been working at State Bank of India full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent employer having unparalleled brand; job security is unmatched and therefore, you can work fearlessly. Remuneration, though not very attractive, can give a decent living.

    Cons

There is hardly any financial incentive for the officials who are working at Top Executive Grades. No work life balance for those who work sincerely and dedicatedly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should attentively listen to the grass root employees to get the genuine feedback instead of being guided by a few sycophants located at the Corporate Centre / LHOs.

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
