    I worked at State Farm

The best property and casualty insurance company by far. They use to have so many perks and incentives. Easy sells! Brand recognition

Low pay working for an agent, no room to grow unless you go into agency which takes 5yrs, locked in at your current pay. Corporate employees get great benefits, agent staff get a high deductible plan.. It's a JOKE! You sell sell sell, but get nothing in return, but free lunches, a plaque, and a few email shout outs. If you're lucky you will eventually reach 40K in salary a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to employee the agency staff to help regulate the mess that goes on in the office.
