Pros
You can wear more casual clothing then at other jobs. The atmosphere is usually a little more laid back and informal.
Cons
Working for minimal pay with promises of glory. Not to say every agent is the same but mine is not great. The agent doesn't want to establish his brand. He is a newer agent but does not put in the time to make the money he could. Take a job with similar pay and benefits, in the long run, it is much more profitable to do.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should make so the team members have access to benefits. Give employees holidays off. Business will not happen on days when people are not working and are celebrating other stuff.
