Pros
The Benefits are very good. You are given a fair amount of autonomy. They tend to spend on technology, so you always will work with some of the best tools.
Cons
The management seems to be somewhat confused about the direction that they should be going. There is no clear mission. The Upper Management are remote, if not uncaring.
Advice to Senior Management
Get out and see the employees. They are a lot smarter than you would imagine. Define a measurable mission and goals; then make it known to the workers. communicate with your workers, even involve them in the mission and goals. Increasing stockholder equity is not enough, your workers have little effect on that.
