    Prosnone I can speak of

    Conseverything is a con here

Advice to Senior Managementstop taking advantage of us highly educated, poor people who have few opportunities here in India - treat us like human beings - it's not right to have us work twice as many hours as State Street people in America and pay us 10 cents on the dollar

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Good learning experience but no safety.

Senior Associate (Former Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsGood for freshers , lot to learn within the company , good working environment, transport facility and canteen facilities are ok

ConsThere is some level of partiality in KPO and IT people. Even the benefits are not equal to them. There are no lockers to keep your mobile and KPO employees up to B 2 level need to surrender the mobile to receptions and even if there is urgency you wont get your cell phone till your log out time.
Hike in salary is very less and salary structure also not so good.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement wont trust their employees specially KPO people. There are so many rules and policies imposed . RM and HR team not so strict and they come up when auditing starts. This may result into bad people image for the company and management.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Poor Management

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGetting in is so easy. They need people as attrition rate is high.

ConsStupid management. Poor leaders who doesn't have exposure to anything. They hardly know the process and projects and destroys them completely. Business is going to competitors like HCL and captives like BNY Mellon pays more for same job and people go over there. It's high time management wakes up or else by 2017 state street would decide to pull out most of the business.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo they read glass door? I hope they do. Beware of competitors. Company is loosing good employees at faster rate as compared to hiring and training rate.

    ProsIt's good for Graduates Freshers...

    ConsIts's worthless for Post-Graduates Freshers.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey should value candidate's education and skills.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
