    Pros

Friendly, competent employees dedicated to their work. Not the cliche atmosphere of government work.

    Cons

Lack of diversity of thought. Employees could not figure out why they were losing the healthcare plan that they liked. It was because the Dear One lied "If you like you health plan, you can keep it." They were not willing to believe that Obamacare fundamentally transformed their healthcare plan.
