Pros
- Job security (As long as you are a permanent employee)
- Flextime (You make your own schedule as long as you cover the core hours of 10am - 3pm)
- Compress time (4 days week)
- Good training opportunities (20% of your yearly time is to be dedicated to learning opportunities)
- Chances to work in a wide variety of projects
Cons
- Not all IT staff actually have IT education
- Several lazy employees that just can't be rid off, cause others to pick up slack
Advice to Senior Management
- Be more flexible and show more appreciation to highly competent employees.
