    Pros

WLB - Excellent! Benefits - Excellent! Company ethics, efforts, R&D, - Excellent!

    Cons

GBS - Management don't care for experienced and hard working employees. Management keeps tab specifically on hard working employees.. Late comers continue their traits, management keeps their eyes closed while screwing honest employees. No departments, lacks SOD, Treasury does procurement and JV functions. Financial Services bombards Revenue and JV. Too much of compliance talk. Keeps ripping people off left and right. The leader lacks management skills, need a definite change there.

    Advice to Management

Norway, please look into it ASAP. Hire efficient leaders who are selfless and constantly mentor employees. Help to clear hostile environment. Statoil is such a great company, please help to keep the morale of hardworking employees.

    Pros

Excellent pay, one of the highest starting salaries in the oil industry High level of respect between coworkers, very ethical and high moral standards Excellent training, both regarding the drilling field and general management Large amount of freedom to do extra training modules that are not requisite of the position

    Cons

very strict rules, often good, but at times overbearing, such as not being able to work longer than specified work week without asking permission to work overtime.

    Advice to Management

Really can not think of much feedback, as I'm very happy with the company and work, only potential improvement would be in making it easier for junior employees to obtain international positions.
