Details
Pros
The pay was better than most jobs in the field. The company does promote A LOT within which is a major plus.
Cons
Very poor communication from management, when hired you sign a waiver that you can be hired at any time (they fail to mention this in the fine print!!)
Advice to Senior Management
Communication is key also reviews are helpful so a employee knows if there are problems with their job performance. Hire people that you feel are competent not that "seem nice"
