    Pros

    Discounted meals. That's about it.

    Cons

Often forced to skip break (minor), abusive coworkers, doesn't accommodate schedule changes, no training

    Advice to Management

Train better and get rid of coworkers deemed abusive! If you had customers leave due to the way that an associate spoke, THAT should tell you something!

Being a waitress was stressful, but fun :) Walking back to your table to see $5.00 left there is such a great feeling.

    Cons

Stress stress!!! Some night no tips but maybe $10.00 for a whole shift :( Always on your feet!!

    Advice to Management

Remember to not yell at your workers in front of the customers, that's such a downgrade on a worker.

    Pros

Excellent bonus system if you turn around a struggling location.

    Cons

Little depth in management. Only a few strong managers with little time to develop new or existing people. High manager turnover. Only 4 or 5 managers allowed while running 24 hour operations.

    Advice to Management

Add at least one manager per store. If you do not get out of the whole you will never become the company that you could be.

    Pros

Easy to get hired, servers make great money. That's it.

    Cons

Just don't do it, the stress isn't worth it.

    Pros

They had excellent benefits and great training programs (books).

    Cons

Waitresses run things instead of management. If the cooks are not happy with you they are vindictive. A majority of the staff does not work as a team and it brings everyone down.

    Advice to Management

Manage and get rid of the negative influences!

    Pros

Training program, cross training in any section, with growth opportunity if working for a corporate store. The mission and vision is great, but at store level management cares solely on getting impossible bonuses.

    Cons

Hours, wage, physically demanding, poor communication and bonus structure. Working for a corporate store you will not get paid the national average. It is a fast food restaurant with servers, do not expect anything more than what you would get at McDonald's. Workers are required to work multiple stations at a low wage (minimum for associate level, and 8/9 for hourly management). No overtime is allowed, and to prevent having to provide insurance, workers cannot get over 28 hours. Management is more concerned with getting impossible bonuses, if salaried kiss your life good bye.

    Pros

Great coworkers for the most part, public interaction.

    Cons

Keeps your work week at or under 28 hours to keep from paying for benefits, management refuses to terminate employees that create huge burdens on co-workers(i.e. excessive call outs and having to leave early constantly), managers overlook when employees come in high or reeking of alcohol.

    Advice to Management

Better screening of potential candidates, and you might actually want to remember without your servers and production your stores don't run, if they don't run, there is no money.

    Advice to Management

    Stop overworking your managers.
