Pros – This is a young-minded, dynamic, aggresive, vibrant company with a definite plan for the future. There are numerous divisions to cater to most construction requirements.
Cons – Becoming somewhat bureacratic and slow moving. Some employees have a feeling of just being a "number." Leadership not willing to accept constructive criticism.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen and learn from those who have been doing this successfully for longer.

Pros – This company looks after their directors very well with millions being paid to them in bonusses yearly, even when the company performs poorly.
Cons – This company does not nessasarily cater for the needs of employees who are not in top management, employees cannot bargain on their november bonusses.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop being greedy, take the company and employees into consideration, give gay people a chance to prove that they too are human.
Pros – Renumeration is very competetive and orderbook is good.
Cons – Leadership is weak and communication and time management is shocking.
