    Pros

Great work environment with great people who are focused on team-work efficiency to provide the highest level of service to their customer base.

    Cons

Antiquated computer operating system. Old warehouse equipment. Each branch has it's own processes and procedures, so the results in most cases are marginalized. Everyone on the same processes and procedures promotes greater over-all efficiency.

    Advice to Management

Streamline all processes by all branches following the same procedures and processes will increase your over-all company-wide efficiency of operations and cost-control.

    Pros

nice environment to work in as far as aerospace is concerned.

    Cons

this company has been buying out companies for years and is prone seek the financial win but has zero loyalty for its staff. it prefers to hire at will so you can be terminated at a moments notice.

    Pros

It is a steady Paycheck with health insurance, 401k and other benefits. The price of Health insurance is very low.

    Cons

If you are not related to someone, friends or family friends you will be left to flounder and figure things out on your own. Don't trust anyone. People will smile in your face while jabbing a knife in your back. The only employees who are deemed relevant are executives and sales people. Everyone else is under appreciated, under paid pond.

    Advice to Management

Try to create cultural consistency among all branches. Nepotism will hurt you in the long term Stop allowing sales to be puppet master.

    Pros

Some branches have good people to work with. The management has tried to keep as many employees as possible through the tough times. They are trying to be aggressive in the market.

    Cons

Just now getting back into the black. The upper management was too bloated and now that many are gone, they want to look elsewhere for blame. Stupid inventory management and a CEO that tries to get blood from his turnip sales staff makes for a stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Take some responsibility for poor management decisions. Work with your sales staff rather than against it. Keep upper management small.
