    Pros

The hours are very flexible and allow you to put your education requirements first. the supervisors are very knowledgeable in their respective fields

    Cons

Only working 20 hours a week maximum at minimum wage is ok for students who need just a little extra spending money. However for those like myself who need to pay bills like rent and and insurance, it is not enough.
