  1.

    I worked at Stereotaxis full-time

    Pros

Absolutely wonderful place to work in the early years. Highly educated, skilled workforce. Lots of potential initially. Great teamwork, optimism.

    Cons

Poor financial (business) situation due to lack of executive leadership. Future uncertain - many of the highly skilled have moved on due to the uncertain future (layoffs have happened in the past so security is a concern.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get focused on core business.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Stereotaxis full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you want to learn how not to run a business. This is the place for you.

    Cons

Upper management has very little business sense.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Exchange CEO and get a sales team that knows how to sell. The product is fantastic, but priced too high and drivers for sales are difficult to convince

    I worked at Stereotaxis

    Pros

Good product, tried and true (and safe) catheter navigation system you can stand behind and believe in.

    Cons

Too much politics for a small company to survive. Frequent "regime changes" shake things up too often, and too many good employees suffer from the mismanagement of a few.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't change direction every time the wind blows. When management lacks confidence, so will the rest of the company.

    No opinion of CEO
