Former Employee – worked at Steria India full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Car Lease Policy, Work Life Balance, Projects and work (earlier)
Cons – No growth, no projects, over protected work force, waiting to be bought (yet again)
Advice to Senior Management – There is no goal, no direction, long term or short term, so why do we have that heavy/fatty top.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
