Disapproves of CEO

Sterling Commerce Manager in Sydney (Australia): (Current Employee)

“The wrong team is heading a great company. At&t should replace the CEO and most of the SVP (which are just yes men)”

Pros

They have great products and a they have great team of knowledgeable people who love the solutions.

Cons

1. The company is not agile enough to take advantage of the market they are in.
2. It seems to live in the past as far as strategies are concerned. Especially in the applications space.
3. It's totally product driven, rather than being sales driven.
4. Having a CEO with no international experience and with no idea how to grow the company, does not help.

Advice to Senior Management

Change the strategy and become more of a Sales oriented organisation
