    Pros

    1 Jewelry discount
    2 Laid back environment
    3 relaxed dress code
4 Being given all the tools you need to be promoted and move upward
5 the CEO Mark Light is AWESOME, totally down to earth and will spark up a conversation with anyone

    Cons

Can become exhausting when projects get heavy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to understand how employees are affected by decisions, IE: management may on a whim decide that they want something done and will require it be done immediately even if there is not the proper staffing to complete it, TRUST the employees you hire, take employee advice and recommendations on projects and decisions over that of outside contractors, if you hire a high level employee it is okay to ask their advice on how something should be completed.
