Prosthere are not many pros to working at Sterling Shoes other than there are a lot of great people at store level

ConsSenior management need to take a long hard look at who are their valued employees. The work load that is expected from the SM's and store staff is insane.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management has no clue that the majority of their DM's work half a day and get away with it. They also need to value and compensate employees that do work above and beyond. They also need to stop blaming the staff at store level for poor sales, maybe you should look at the product?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
