ProsGood and challenging working environment! Opportunity to learn new technologies. Responsibilities will be given even to a Graduate Engineer.

ConsYou should be a person who likes challenges and industrial experience

Advice to Senior ManagementFor critical projects. I would recommend to spend more time in basic Engineering and analysis and this will give a more cost efficient and good quality result.
More training in project management is required for Engineers

ConsCompany makes working environment difficult for those employees who are in senior position and forces them to resign.They try to put freshmen into the field in order to minimize salary expenses
