“Nice place to work if all you need is a paycheck.”
Current Employee – been working at Stevenson & Company
Pros – Only 1 Boss, free coffee and water, time off is respected for worklife balance and/or health reasons. Reasonably pleasant employer and brokers. Standard 2 weeks vacation.
Cons – No health care available, 401K or other benefits. No ongoing feedback regarding performance. Using the fact that it's a small company as a reason to not have consistant meetings and updates. No room for advancement and not encouraged to develop interests within the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more with employees and brokers about performance and status of company and relay all positions available. Provide more training to assist in interest and growth of employee as a whole.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
