Pros

Good people , relax environment. People can do their own projects freely . Not too many control about the employee. People work for solution and work together.

Cons

lower pay
The benefit package is not very good compare to other big company.
They downsize people fairly quick once the real estate market is not looking good.
Too many temp people when business is good , then they are gone when there is no new project.
So supervisor need to spent lots time training and training and none of those temp can be there for the next wave of assignment. Besides , lots error generated by those new temp which costs us more time and energy to fix them.

raise the payment for key developer to keep them here , too many turnover
