    Disorganized

    Server (Former Employee) Greenville, SC

ProsIt's a busy place sometimes so tips can be great. Easy menu to learn. Food is great.

ConsManagement is unprofessional. Over scheduled several times sometimes causing very little pay for individual servers. I was let go for having unnatural colored hair even though I had that unnatural colored hair there for over a year and was never told to change it.

    Average work in the industry.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Hilton Head Island, SC

ProsLots of people interaction, if you're in a very touristy town it's more exciting and you have a better chance at advancement.

ConsLike any restaurant industry you have to deal with people who are not the kindest when hungry, so unless you're okay with that stay away from this industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementVery enjoyable work experience, met lots of kind and generous people who were willing to offer advice, recommendations, or help if asked.

The atmosphere in this establishment is fun, as well as deliciously out of the norm.

    Server (Former Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsThe people are really fun, including management. Everyone wants to enjoy the time spent while at work, and everyone knows they are part of a team. Side work is not very difficult, and the food is great!

ConsThe only downside is the extremely hot plates that the food is served on. Trays are not allowed, and all plates must be carried without mittens. After a few weeks, your hands get used to touching them.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work. I worked at the Concord Mills location, and the management were like coaches to the staff. Competition between locations was always established, and the management were not scared to call a particular server out if they were not selling enough. This could be embarrassing but also rewarding if the server stepped up their sales.

    ConsThe Christchurch earthquake destroyed it.

Prosgood friends as coworkers... decent tips, and some very nice regulars... good discounts on food when not working.... hours are flexible

Consmanagement changes and constantly does not know what is going on. employees do not receive the thanks they deserve and are not recognized for service

Advice to Senior Managementlisten to the employees and make sure you understand what is going on so that the employees can know as well.
