    Pros

My managers are great to work for, and i really enjoy the people i work with. My boss is very flexible in regards to time off. The technology is very good, and we are doing very well in spite of the economic downturn.

    Cons

Due to the rapid growth of the company, sometimes i spend a fair amout of my personal time working. As well as a lot of traveling on weekends.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your're doing, but dont forget about your workers.

    Pros

Very good research department filled with smart people. Decent program for associates with access to management, sales, and banking. good exit opportunities.

    Cons

Not a lot of negatives. Low pay relative to those on the Street, but Baltimore is a lot cheaper than NYC. Overall, good place to work.

    Advice to Management

No advice. Management does a great job and has been rewarded. Stock is doing well and ron makes a ton of money.

    Pros

Strong management that makes good business decisions, smart acquistions, relatively low risk business model with no big trading bets or other high risk areas. Gaining marketshare in a quickly changing industry. Client focused, culture is to do good for the client first.

    Cons

    weak benefits, 401K match, etc.

    Advice to Management

Stay smart, no big risk or bets (how many Wall Street firms have been sunk due to risk?), keep focus on clients first.

    Pros

Progressive company with continual growth. Stable company record profits for each of the last 15 years. Management continues looking towards technology to improve company performance

    Cons

With the amount of growth in the company, people tend to get overworked. The lean staff tends to contribute to stress on the job

    Advice to Management

Continue adding staff. Producers are great for generating revenue but the back office staff will ultimately make the company run.
