    Pros

Some of the engineers are great. Very cool office space when I was there, some great perks.

    Cons

Executive management is very arrogant and irresponsible. Total frat environment. Business model is weak and executed in ways that are sketchy and ethically questionable.

    Advice to Management

    Be professional.

    I have been working at Stik.com full-time

    Pros

Free lunches daily, nice location in Detroit. Pleasant physical office environment. Core team of developers are nice people and fun to be around.

    Cons

Management is demanding, inexperienced, and arrogant. Business is not actually providing a real service to people, it is just ripping off small businesses with a vague product that makes no sense. They might hire you and then fire you within a month or two because they just arbitrarily changed their mind about you... saw it happen to several people. Total Bro culture.

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Develop some business ethics. Stop selling snake oil.
