    be cautious--things are not as they seem

    Prosflexible time off; pet friendly and child freindly environment; easy access to senior mgmt; easy to learn new skills and take on new roles

    Consconstant finsancial problems; sr management not expereienced in running a company or recoevering from hardship; hiring/firing/lay off decsions made by owners feelings atr the moment; area leadership not often invovled in planning or decsion making ; area managment expected to be able to perform all jobs their staff can perform at all times; plans made today change tomorrow with no discussion or planning; communication is not valued and not practiced by sr mgmt; owner makes all final decisions but is oftn not on site

    Advice to Senior Managementgain assistance and training in leadership' run this like a business not a hobby

    Disapointing

    Sales Manager (Former Employee)

    ProsNice people in the office, attempt to be innovative.There are some very good people here.

    ConsStrictly organic growth both product wise and professionally. Not willing to listen to people who worked at other organizations. Very little experience in learning how to sell to the medical marketplace. Big ego's and impulsive decisions are not allowing company to dominate marketplace as it should. Company should be 100 million plus instead of 28 million. Sales reps all have same quota regardless of geography and install base. Some terrotories are 50% to plan Jan 1 and others are at 0 % and they wonder why they have repeated turnover in these accounts. SOme territories are 6 times larger with established reps and the same quota as virgin territories with new reps. They wonder why there is no growth. Was never trained in first six months on the job. A complete mess-no help in the field at all.
