    Pros

    A lot of flexibility and responsibility, I had the freedom to work the way I wanted and the hours I liked.

    Cons

    I didn't like the office politics, it was hard to get a full time position there, salary on the low side.

    I have been working at Stockholm University full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Here I upgrade my level of knowledge, based on my previous working experience and also I got the opportunity to work with an international team and as part of European project. Also now I can train other people in my area of expertise.

    Not too much social life .

    Can be better, need to be more organized at high level and also a better cooperation between management people and the rest .
