Pros – Advanced Material synthesis focus present

Cons – Stockholm is an expensive place to live

Current Employee – been working at Stockholm University full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Here I upgrade my level of knowledge, based on my previous working experience and also I got the opportunity to work with an international team and as part of European project. Also now I can train other people in my area of expertise.

Cons – Not too much social life .

Advice to Senior Management – Can be better, need to be more organized at high level and also a better cooperation between management people and the rest .
