    Pros

Basic benefits. Across from a Wawa.

    Cons

Despicable and disgraceful owner screams at and abuses staff. Low wages. Employees are desperate people who can't find anything else. Company and owner has a reputation for churning through people.

    Advice to Management

What a disgrace this place is.

I worked at Stoltz Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, satellite offices have more benefits than corporate office employees, not too much micro management for satellite offices.

    Cons

Upper management is non-responsive to employees needs, churn through employees at corporate office on a regular basis, upper management makes decisions in a vacuum without being familar with their properties.

    Advice to Management

Start listening to your employees instead of the "yes" men who occupy executive positions. Encourage a more ethical work environment across the board.

I worked at Stoltz Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Parking on site. Wawa right across the street.

    Cons

Was never given training on software package they were using. When mentioned that I needed training it was explained to me that it was up to me to learn the software and not their responsibility to train me. Within first week of being hired 2 people I was supposed to supervise quit, it was then I learned the high turn over rate (anyone who could last 3 yrs was considered a "lifer").

    Advice to Management

Training. Have people do their work rather than pass it on to others.

    Cons

Miserable employees intimidated by management. Incompetent management protected by socially inept/ absent leader. Treats customers and staff the same; rude and unconcerned. Low pay, no incentive, expectations unrealistic. Office environment closed in and depressive.

    Advice to Management

Go out of business and help the world
