    Pros

It's a great place to start your first job. All the managers care a lot about the employees. This place really dedicates time into training their employees and makes sure to keep a positive environment. Also this restaurant makes sure to maintain it's kitchen to be SUPER clean!

    Cons

This may have changed after I left but when I was working there, you couldn't request time off. You would have to find someone to cover your shift, but it wasn't that big of a deal. most people were looking to pick up extra shifts anyways

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I loved working there when I was younger, and I still go back to eat at the restaurant and see the same great service from the employees!

    Pros

    Great co-workers
Easy system to work in (not a full service restaurant)
    Team oriented
    Easy to understand menu

    Cons

Some favoritism among co-worker and manager work relationships
It gets extremely busy during Mother's Day and Christmas time
    Lack of promotions/raises
Sometimes it's tough to get shifts covered

    Advice to Management

You need to recognize who is deserving of a raise and should consider doing 6-month evaluations on schedule. Stop giving favoritism to certain employees who may be on your good side.

    Pros

Owners are in touch with branches, treat employees well, good hours, great entry level positions. Can quickly move up since the "competition" is non-existent.

    Cons

tiresome management staff. Due to the nature of the industry most employees who would be fantastic management do not stay in the industry long enough for that to happen, and this should not be really held against this business or most others in the industry.

    Pros

Everyone truly cares about each other. The culture is incredible! The Ownership and Senior Management are engaged with team members throughout the company. The team is Happy to Serve!

    Cons

The work can be challenging. Home-Work balance is tough in this industry. Benefits and pay could be better.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the engagement with the team members. Provide consistent feedback and continue to develop everyone to their potential.

    Pros

The management is very understanding, and great leaders. They're easy to talk to, so it's never awkward to ask them a question or get clarification on anything. Everyone who I've worked with has been genuinely nice and are very welcoming to new employees and make it an effort to remember your name and greet you by name whenever they see you. Everyone around seems to be enjoying their job which only makes it that much easier to enjoy my own job. The entire work environment is actually really great.

    Cons

There aren't many cons if any in my opinion. Sometimes when working an event, we're missing equipment, but I mean, as a caterer, and to be a successful caterer, you need to think on your toes and improvise to make things a success.

    Pros

The work environment, friendly employees, and 50 percent off meals. Interview process was relatively straightforward.

    Cons

Getting shifts covered can be a nuisance when other employees do not answer phone calls. The new employee tests were fairly challenging given the fact that they ask you to memorize everything (including every ingredient in every dish) on the menu

    Advice to Management

Be a bit more accepting of those who truly cannot get shifts covered. Continue to provide a fun work environment that promotes personable experiences and efficient work ethic
